Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
Cancellation period
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
Return of goods
You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. The goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal in the following cases:

Custom-made products (e.g. personalized products)

Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
