Delivery area

We deliver within Switzerland. Deliveries to EU countries are available upon request.

Shipping time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days.
Note: For certain products, especially special orders or direct shipments from the manufacturer, delivery may take 10–15 business days . The exact delivery time is specified in the respective product description.

Shipping costs

• Switzerland: CHF 5.90 flat rate

• Free shipping for orders over CHF 60

• EU shipping on request (incl. customs & VAT costs)

Shipping service provider

Our packages are sent by Swiss Post or DPD.

Shipment tracking
