1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Contracting party

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. A contract is only concluded when the order confirmation is sent by email.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs are charged separately and clearly stated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are only made within Switzerland (or the EU, if applicable). Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

  • credit card

  • TWINT

  • Prepayment / Bank transfer

  • PayPal (if activated)

7. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. For details, see Return Policy.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. If you notice any defects, please contact us immediately.

10. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
